Job Requirement for IT project Lead:

Knowledge in IT systems integration.
Able to handle multiple integration projects at the same time.
Ability to influence at all levels of internal & external teams.
The project plan needs to have an adequate level of detail to provide charts, graphs and other visual means of tracking the project status and state.
Able to operate within virtual & physical meetings.

Job Responsibilities for Project Lead:

Create weekly status report.
Support Technology Project Managers in the planning, scheduling and tracking of project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables using program/project management tools and best practices.
Develop and manage project plans and associated communications documents for all assigned projects.
Communicate and continually manage project expectations with clients, team members and other stakeholders in a timely, clear and concise manner.
Help facilitate project post mortems and create lessons learned documentation identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Aid in identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path issues/risks.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, resources and budget.
Identify and communicate any issues/risks to program/project success to appropriate IT Program Managers and help develop mitigation plans to manage them throughout the project life cycle.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of any assigned projects.
Support the Project Management to track, document, communicate, oversee, and execute tasks, strategies and tactics for successful project execution.
